Jurnal Triton is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Manokwari, Ministry of Agriculture, Republic of Indonesia. The journal is committed to maintaining a consistent, transparent, and timely publication schedule to facilitate the dissemination of high-quality scientific research and scholarly contributions.

Jurnal Triton is published twice a year, with two issues released annually according to the following schedule:

• Issue 1: January–June

• Issue 2: July–December

Jurnal Triton implements an Issue in Progress publication model, allowing articles that have completed the editorial process, peer review, revision, and production stages to be published online incrementally within the relevant issue period. This approach enables the timely dissemination of research findings without requiring authors and readers to wait until all articles intended for an issue have been finalized.

Under this model, each article is published online once it has met the journal's editorial and technical requirements and received final approval for publication. Published articles are assigned to the appropriate issue and provided with the necessary bibliographic information and publication metadata in accordance with the journal's editorial policies. The issue remains in progress until the designated publication period ends or the editorial team formally closes the issue.

The Issue in Progress model does not compromise the journal's peer-review standards, editorial independence, publication ethics, or quality-control procedures. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's established editorial screening and peer-review processes before acceptance.
