Konstruksi Pengetahuan Lokal dan Kemandirian Pangan dalam Publikasi Pertanian Vokasi: Analisis Bibliometrik Jurnal Polbangtan (2006–2025)
Construction of Local Knowledge and Food Self-Sufficiency in Vocational Agricultural Publications: A Bibliometric Analysis of *Polbangtan* Journals (2006–2025)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis evolusi produksi pengetahuan, dampak ilmiah, pola kolaborasi, serta konstruksi pengetahuan lokal dalam publikasi ilmiah jurnal-jurnal Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian (Polbangtan) selama periode 2006–2025 menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik dalam kerangka Agricultural Innovation System (AIS). Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data OpenAlex yang mencakup metadata 1.461 artikel setelah melalui proses validasi dan pembersihan data. Analisis dilakukan terhadap produktivitas publikasi, dampak sitasi, produktivitas penulis, indikator kolaborasi, jaringan pengetahuan, serta pemetaan tema penelitian berbasis pengetahuan lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi ilmiah Polbangtan mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan, terutama sejak tahun 2016, dengan puncak produktivitas pada tahun 2020 dan memasuki fase konsolidasi pada periode 2021–2025. Dampak ilmiah institusi tercermin dari 1.238 sitasi, nilai Citation per Publication (CPP) sebesar 0,85 sitasi per artikel, dan H-Index institusi sebesar 12. Pola kolaborasi penelitian menunjukkan dominasi kolaborasi nasional, meskipun kolaborasi internasional mulai meningkat pada lima tahun terakhir. Analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa penelitian lebih banyak berfokus pada penyuluhan dan adopsi teknologi, diikuti budidaya dan komoditas pangan, peternakan terpadu, serta riset agribisnis, sedangkan tema proteksi tanaman dan lahan masih relatif terbatas. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa publikasi ilmiah Polbangtan telah berkembang menjadi media penting dalam produksi dan diseminasi pengetahuan pertanian, sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap penguatan inovasi pertanian dan upaya mewujudkan kemandirian pangan nasional.
