From Technology to Human Behavior: Mapping Agricultural Innovation and Psychological Drivers for Food Self-Sufficiency (2020–2026)
Dari Teknologi hingga Perilaku Manusia: Memetakan Inovasi Pertanian dan Pendorong Psikologis untuk Swasembada Pangan (2020–2026)
Abstract
Di tengah krisis iklim global, kemandirian pangan menjadi prioritas strategis nasional. Meskipun inovasi teknologi berkembang pesat, rendahnya tingkat adopsi di tingkat petani tetap menjadi hambatan utama yang sering terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan lanskap inovasi pertanian dan mengidentifikasi penggerak psikologis yang memengaruhi perilaku petani untuk mencapai kemandirian pangan selama periode 2020–2026. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis dan pemetaan bibliometrik. Data awal sebanyak 2.300 artikel diekstraksi melalui Publish or Perish dari database Crossref, PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar. Proses seleksi data dilakukan menggunakan protokol PRISMA, sementara analisis klaster dan visualisasi tren diolah melalui aplikasi VOSviewer. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan tiga klaster utama riset: (1) klaster teknologi yang berfokus pada precision agriculture dan smart fertilizer; (2) klaster perilaku manusia yang didominasi teori adopsi (UTAUT, TAM, SDT); dan (3) klaster sistem pangan adaptif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggerak psikologis kritis meliputi ekspektasi kinerja, persepsi risiko, kepercayaan, dan identitas sosio-ekologis. Di Indonesia, tantangan kemandirian pangan pada komoditas seperti daging sapi terbukti dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh perilaku konsumsi dan urbanisasi. Visualisasi overlay memproyeksikan tren riset hingga 2026 akan semakin berfokus pada akurasi data dan produktivitas tanaman. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi kemandirian pangan 2026 bergantung pada sinkronisasi antara inovasi teknologi dengan kesiapan psikologis petani. Kebijakan harus beralih dari intervensi teknosentris menuju penguatan kapasitas perilaku dan pembelajaran kolaboratif.
